A rare non-LFC project, but one that supports grassroots football here on Merseyside.
38 years ago, Greenleas Junior Football Club was established on the Wirral, and since has been an important part of the community, giving an important outlet for youngsters in the Borough.
It was also a club in which Dava Finnigan (whose tribute banner you may remember) was heavily involved, and this flag will contain a hidden tribute to the young man missed by so many friends and family.
